Terms of service

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. Who these terms cover

This website is operated by Simon Dhillon, trading as ViviAdora, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("ViviAdora", "we", "me"). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is for

This site describes ViviAdora's marketing services (landing page builds and Meta advertising management for trades and service businesses) and lets you request a call. Content on this site is general information, not professional advice tailored to your business.

3. Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting the enquiry form, or having a free call, does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. Any engagement of ViviAdora's services is agreed separately in writing, with its own scope, fees and terms, before any work begins or money changes hands.

4. No guarantee of results

Advertising results depend on many factors outside any agency's control — your market, your area, seasonality, your pricing and how enquiries are followed up. Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular number of leads, jobs or revenue.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website (text, design, graphics) belongs to ViviAdora unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission. Client names and work shown on this site are displayed with the relevant client's permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including submitting false enquiries, attempting to disrupt the site, or using the enquiry form to send spam or unlawful content.

7. Third-party links

This site links to third-party websites (for example, client websites and Meta's policies). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

8. Liability

We provide this website "as is" and don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy and cookie policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
