Who we are
ViviAdora is the trading name of Simon Dhillon, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "me"). I am the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
Contact: simondhillon87@gmail.com
What information we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and your answers about your business (type of business, where your work comes from, capacity). You provide this voluntarily when you request a call.
- Marketing cookies (only with your consent): if you accept cookies, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel sets cookies to help measure the performance of our advertising. If you reject, no such cookies are set. See the cookie policy.
- Analytics: this site uses cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without storing cookies on your device or collecting information that identifies you.
We do not collect any special category (sensitive) data, and this site is not directed at children.
How we use your information, and the legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (UK GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry and arranging a call | Enquiry form details | Legitimate interests — you asked us to contact you |
| Measuring advertising performance via the Meta Pixel | Cookie identifiers | Consent — only if you accept cookies; you can withdraw at any time |
| Keeping business records (invoices, correspondence) | Contact and business details of clients | Legal obligation (tax/accounting) and legitimate interests |
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing you haven't asked for.
Who we share it with
- Form processing: enquiry form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit (a form-to-email service) over an encrypted connection, and arrive in our email inbox (Google Workspace/Gmail).
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd: only if you consent to marketing cookies, pixel data is shared with Meta for advertising measurement. Meta's own privacy policy applies to their processing.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become clients: deleted within 12 months of last contact.
- Client records: kept for 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as required for HMRC purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing (including any processing based on legitimate interests);
- data portability, where processing is based on consent;
- withdraw consent at any time (for cookies, use the "Cookie choices" link in the footer).
To exercise any of these rights, email simondhillon87@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by phone on 0303 123 1113.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit, are never placed in web addresses (URLs), and are not stored on this website — there is no database here to breach. Enquiries live only in our email account, which is protected by two-factor authentication.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
